All prescription medications supplied through our service require approval by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or authorised prescriber. A prescription will only be issued following a satisfactory online consultation.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. We may request additional information, refuse a prescription, or recommend an alternative treatment at any time. Our pharmacists may contact you for clarification before approving any order.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for a single dispensing cycle unless otherwise stated. Repeat prescriptions require an updated consultation to ensure continued suitability.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
You will only be charged if your prescription is approved. If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
We do not store full card details. All transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is made via a tracked postal service to your nominated UK address. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at the details provided on our website.
Medications must be stored in accordance with the instructions on the product label. We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper storage after delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time before the prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and consumer legislation.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our service does not replace your GP or primary healthcare provider. The information and treatments provided are intended to complement, not substitute, ongoing medical care. You should always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
If you experience any adverse effects or a medical emergency, stop taking your medication immediately and seek urgent medical attention by calling 999 or attending your nearest A&E department.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
